Grades K-2:
Try this partner game called How Many Are Hiding?
Materials:
- 2 plastic cups
- 10-20 small, similar objects, such as cheerios, coins, or marbles
2. Then, they hide some of those objects in the cup and show the leftovers.
3. Their partner has to figure out how many objects are still in the cup.
4. Take turns hiding. For variety, try starting with a different number of objects.
